On mobile, tap the ? menu icon in the top-right corner to open the navigation menu. Select Dashboard. On desktop, click Dashboard in the sidebar. You'll see all pending orders that need preparation with table number, items, and special instructions. This applies to Chefs, Bartenders, and all staff who prepare orders.
In your Kitchen/Bar Dashboard:
- Find the order item you've finished preparing
- Click/tap the Mark Ready button
- The item will be moved to the ready queue
- Servers will be notified automatically to deliver the item
On mobile, tap the ? menu icon to open navigation, then select My Prepared Items under History. On desktop, click it in the sidebar. You can see all items you've prepared (food or drinks), including timestamps and order details.
On mobile, tap the ? menu icon in the top-right to open navigation, then select Dashboard. On desktop, click Dashboard in the sidebar. You'll see orders ready to be served, organized by table. Items marked as ready by the Kitchen/Bar staff will appear here.
In your Server Dashboard:
- Find the ready order for your table
- Tap/click Mark Served after delivering to the table
- The order status will update automatically in the system
On mobile, tap the ? menu icon to expand the menu, then select My Service History under History. On desktop, find it in the sidebar. View all orders you've served with dates, tables, and totals.
On mobile, tap the ? menu icon to open navigation. Select Products under Operations. On desktop, click it in the sidebar.
- Tap/click Add Product
- Enter product name, price, and category
- Add description and upload an image
- Set stock quantity and preparation time
- Tap/click Save
On mobile, tap ? menu ? Products. On desktop, click Products in sidebar. Then tap/click the Categories tab. You can add new categories, edit existing ones, or delete categories.
Complements are add-ons or extras customers can add to products (e.g., extra cheese, toppings, sauces). They have their own prices and can be linked to specific products. On mobile, tap ? menu ? Products ? Complements tab to manage them.
On mobile, tap ? menu icon to expand navigation, select Order QR Codes under Operations. On desktop, click it in sidebar.
- Select the table(s) to generate codes for
- Tap/click Generate QR Code
- Download or print the QR codes
- Place them on the respective tables
The Music QR Code allows customers to suggest songs. On mobile, tap ? menu ? Music QR Code. Generate a QR code that links to your music suggestion page. Customers scan it to submit song requests which appear in your DJ Playlist.
On mobile, tap the ? menu icon, then select Templates under Scheduling. On desktop, click it in the sidebar.
- Tap/click Add Template
- Define shift times and positions needed
- Set recurring patterns (daily, weekly)
- Save the template for reuse
On mobile, tap ? menu ? Schedules under Scheduling. On desktop, click Schedules in sidebar.
- Select a date range
- Choose a template or create custom shifts
- Assign staff members to each shift
- Publish to notify all staff
On mobile, tap the ? menu icon in the top-right corner to expand navigation, then select My Schedule. On desktop, click My Schedule in the sidebar. You'll see your upcoming shifts with dates, times, and positions.
On mobile, tap ? menu icon to open navigation, select Transactions under Finance. On desktop, click it in the sidebar. Filter transactions by date, payment method, or status. Each shows order details and payment info.
On mobile, tap ? menu ? Tax Settings under Finance. On desktop, click it in sidebar.

System Billing manages your QuickServe subscription. On mobile, tap ? menu ? System Billing. View billing history, update payment methods, and manage your subscription plan.
On mobile, tap the ? menu icon to expand navigation, select Sales Reports under Reports. On desktop, click it in sidebar.

On mobile, tap ? menu icon ? Feedback under Reports. On desktop, click Feedback in sidebar. You'll see customer ratings, comments, and satisfaction trends. Filter by date or rating to analyze feedback.
On mobile, tap ? menu ? Sales Reports. On desktop, click Sales Reports in sidebar. Scroll down to the Product Inventory section to view stock levels and identify low-stock items (highlighted in red).
On mobile, tap ? menu icon to expand the menu, select Company Info under Administration. On desktop, click it in sidebar.

Work Units are departments or locations within your business (e.g., Kitchen, Bar, Dining Area). On mobile, tap ? menu ? Work Units. They help organize staff assignments and track performance by area.
On mobile, tap ? menu icon ? Users under Administration. On desktop, click it in sidebar.

- Assign roles (Chef, Bartender, Server, Manager)
- Set specific permissions
- Deactivate accounts when needed
Available Roles:
- Developer: Full system access
- Admin: User management and settings
- Manager: Reports, scheduling, operations
- Chef/Bartender: Kitchen & bar order preparation
- Server: Order taking and serving
On mobile, tap ? menu icon to expand navigation, select System Errors (Developer access required). View application errors with timestamps and stack traces. Payment Errors shows failed payments.
On mobile, tap the ? menu icon in the top-right corner, then select Music Suggestions under Entertainment. On desktop, click it in sidebar. View customer song requests and accept, reject, or queue them.
On mobile, tap ? menu icon to open navigation, scroll down and tap Profile. On desktop, click Profile at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Go to Security settings
- Enter current password
- Enter and confirm new password
- Tap/click Update Password
On mobile, tap ? menu icon in the top-right, scroll down and select Profile. On desktop, click Profile at the bottom of the sidebar. Update your name, email, phone number, and notification preferences.
Customers scan the table QR code with their phone camera:
- The menu opens automatically in their browser
- They browse and select items to order
- Orders are submitted to the system
- Kitchen/Bar staff receive the order for preparation
- No app download required
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Refresh the page (pull down on mobile, F5 on desktop)
- Clear your browser cache
- Check your internet/WiFi connection
- Try a different browser
- Close unused browser tabs
- Contact an administrator if issues persist
On mobile, tap ? menu icon to open the navigation menu. Use the Search box at the top to filter menu items. On desktop, use the Search box in the sidebar. Type any keyword to instantly filter options based on your role.
On mobile, you can tap the logout icon in the top header bar, or tap ? menu icon ? scroll down ? tap Logout. On desktop, click Logout at the bottom of the sidebar or in the top-right header.
